Project Description
WB Griffiths is delivering an exciting transformation to the Pembrokeshire College entrance. Works will include the removal of the existing glazed entrance and lobby to make way for a brand-new two storey entrance building with an extended footprint.The new development will create additional floorspace and feature a welcoming reception and foyer, modern office areas, an immersive classroom, specialist computing suites, modernising the College’s main arrival point for students, staff, and visitors.The project also includes enhanced landscaping to the front of the building, providing a fully accessible entrance route alongside new planting designed to support sustainable drainage and boost local biodiversity. Works are being carefully planned to minimise disruption to College operations throughout the construction period.We are delighted to be delivering this fantastic upgrade that will support learning, collaboration, and accessibility for years to come.Classification
