A complete renovation of the existing clubhouse with the installation of a structural steel frame to support the new first floor extension and a pitched roof. Ten new rooms built on the first floor, five with glass fronted balconies overlooking the golf course and the sea. The addition of a new pro shop complete with changing facilities and the installation of an upscale dining establishment. An entire upgrade to the dining area. Providing a relaxed 'go to' area, serviced by a state-of-the-art kitchen, ensuring a professional dining experience for all club users.Classification
