This Project was part of an environmentally progressive social housing initiative, with homes fitted with energy-efficient solutions such as solar panels and heat source pumps. Undertaken in partnership with Pembrokeshire County Council’s Social Housing Scheme, the development included 33 new homes, 2 adapted bungalows designed for ease of disabled access, and 4 flats designed as supported living accommodation. The flats also feature a communal living space and kitchen. This significant development marked the construction of the first new council houses in Pembrokeshire in 25 years.
