A sustainable new facility for the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, replacing outdated modular buildings with a modern permanent solution designed to serve the organisation for years to come.The project delivered a high-quality timber frame building with masonry and timber-clad finishes, a standing seam roof, and seamlessly integrated flat roof areas connecting to the existing structure. Designed with sustainability in mind, the new facility also incorporates improved insulation, enhanced air permeability, and upgraded mechanical and electrical systems to support greater energy efficiency.The completed building also includes a modern conference space, creating a flexible environment to support meetings, events, and wider operational needs.Classification
