W.B. Griffiths is delivering an exciting new residential development at Charles Street, Milford Haven, in partnership with Pembrokeshire County Council’s Social Housing Scheme.The new 5-storey development will provide 24 sheltered accommodation flats, with communal residents’ lounges, on-site parking, and landscaped outdoor areas designed to create a welcoming environment for residents.Works commenced in October 2025 with site clearance and preparatory works, progressing through major retaining wall construction, waterproofing, backfilling, and foundation works. The structural steel frame was completed in March, with concrete floor slabs and stair installations following as the project continues to take shape ahead of its planned completion in 2027. Alongside the build, we’ve also been proud to support the local community through charitable donations and engagement with local schools.Classification
