Project Description
This Project will be undertaken as part of an innovative partnership with Pembrokeshire County Council’s Social Housing Scheme. Scheduled to commence in the Summer of 2025, the development will feature 24 sheltered accommodation flats, with completion planned for 2027.The five-storey building will include 21 one-bedroom apartments and three two-bedroom apartments, along with a communal residents’ lounge on each floor. The build will also include 10 on-site parking spaces for residents and the outside space around the flats will be complete with soft landscaping features and trees.The development replaces the old Motor World site demolished in 2018. The Project will be a huge improvement to the landscape of Charles Street and Milford Haven as a whole. The new development will introduce regeneration for social housing within Milford Haven.Classification
